Cannon Level 12 & Wall Level 11

 Chief, upgrade the Cannon to level 12 for awesome firepower and make your village perimeter near-impenetrable with level 11 Walls!!!

The Mortar is arguably the best defensive structure in the game. It's one of only two true splash damage defensive structures in the game and it's often the most crucial to protect. Intimidating and well placed Mortars have been known to keep attackers at bay.

Since the Mortar deals splash damage, it should be one of your earliest leveled structures. This structure will generally be the most effective deterent to lost resources so always put your gold into it before leveling other structures. Since defending from farmers usually consists of warding off large numbers of troops, Mortars quickly become invaluable.

Mortar placement is crucial. You want your mortars to be able to defend both the "core" area of your base as well as the outer walls. As mentioned before, well placed Mortars can keep enemies at bay (it's certainly kept me at bay) so make sure that they are one of your most fortified structures in your base (certainly the most fortified defensive structure).

Goblin

                  "These pesky little creatures only have eyes for one thing: LOOT! They are faster than a Spring Trap, and their hunger for resources is limitless."

• Goblins are the main antagonist in the Single Player Campaign, despite the fact that you can rain them.
• When you tap on the Army Camp the Goblins all turn and look to their left for a brief moment. (Perhaps to show their air of authority.)  - Whal3Fail123
• Goblins and Minions are the fastest moving units.
• At level 5, goblins gain a Mohawk.
• Can only have a maximum of 220 Goblins at a time with the maximum of Army Camps fully upgraded.
• The goblins from the single player campaign look the same, however they don't attack and immediately go into the town hall.
• Every two levels you upgrade the goblins the color of their bag changes.

Archer

           "These sharpshooters like to keep their distance on the battlefield and in life. Nothing makes them happier than single-mindedly taking down their target."

• It's unknown why she has a small bag at her belt, though it likely supplies things such as bow strings and water.
• As of now, the polls are showing that this unit is the most favored by the players when raiding a base. This is why Supercell increased the prices to upgrade them.
• Archers are commonly the most popular requested troops.
• The most notable cosmetic changes for an Archer being upgraded is the color of their hood and arrow type; a level 1 or 2 Archer has pink (default) hair and default arrows; a level 3 or 4 Archer has purple hair and flaming arrows; a level 5 Archer has a green hood and elixir arrows; and a level 6 Archer has purple hair, a tiara, and the arrows have purple fletching. Also level 6 archers have a different stance. All of the archers have a green dress on.
• When you tap on the Army Camp, the Archers all pump their right fist into the air three times. 
• A level 5 Archer is presumably supposed to look like a Ranger, as Rangers are also archers.
• Can only have a maximum of 220 Archers at a time with the maximum amount of level 7 Army Camps.
